If you do not allow Airtime Recorder to access the camera and microphone on the first attempt, you will see this message about checking website settings in your browser.
You can reset the permission settings and grant the necessary permissions by following these steps.
Other browsers will have similar camera and microphone permission settings.
Chrome
- Go to https://app.airtimetools.com/recorder/ and click Record new video.
- Click the icon next to the address.
- Click Reset permissions.
- Reload the webpage.
- Click Allow access in the New recording window.
- Select Allow while visiting the site when prompted to grant access to the camera and microphone.
Firefox
- Go to https://app.airtimetools.com/recorder/ and click Record new video.
- Click the icon next to the address.
- Click the close icons to reset the camera and microphone permissions.
- Reload the webpage.
- Click Allow access in the New recording window.
- Select Allow when prompted to grant access to the camera and microphone.
Safari
- Go to https://app.airtimetools.com/recorder/ and click Record new video.
- Select Safari > Settings for app.airtimetools.com… from the menu bar.
- Change the settings for Camera and Microphone from Deny to Allow.
- Reload the webpage to begin recording.
